This Privacy Policy details how we access, collect, process, and securely minimize your data through our automated Instagram comment and DM bouncer tools.

2. Meta Integration & Access Tokens

To provide autonomous bouncer moderation, comment filtering, and automated DM replies, Bunsr AI accesses the Facebook & Instagram Graph APIs.

We request tokens only to manage connected business comments and direct messaging.
Tokens are stored securely using modern database encryption standards.
We strictly adhere to Meta's developer terms and rate limits.

3. Data Minimization (India DPDP Act 2023)

We practice data minimization. We do not cache or store personal comment content longer than necessary.

Strict Purge Protocol: The instant our queue successfully executes an action against Meta's API (such as Hiding a comment, Deleting a comment, or replying with an automated DM), all associated comment text logs and user names are immediately redacted and wiped permanently from our database.
